I was blessed when I met Ven for some counseling advice, he saved me from a tired, depleted state. Ven listened attentively, with no judgment and compassion and asked pertinent questions whereby we would slowly work together through a positive mindset state.His methodologies are of recent training and research. It was Vent who suggested a meditation app, which I still use and meditate today. Highly recommend Ventsislav, he will guide you and encourage you to take care of your mental health with guidance and compassion.

My teenage daughter was going through an extended mental health emergency. Ven helped me to understand how she may be thinking and recommended books that brought me to a better understanding of the situation. I tend to do well with cognitive therapy and so these resources informed my mind so that I could at least relax a little and in turn, help my daughter to find resources. She had a variant of BPD, and today she is doing better though she still has some difficult times. What Ven did was to help me identify what I could do to help myself, because my daughter’s condition really affected my wellbeing. I looked forward to my appointments with him because he is a good listener and he is caring.

I have been going to Ven for psychotherapy (virtually) for almost a year now, and it's made a huge difference in my life in many ways. I have seen many psychotherapists over the last 12 years- some were great, others not so much. I'm always anxious and hesitant to start with a new therapist. You want to make sure they understand you, are compassionate towards you and your issues, and above all that you have a great connection. I felt that with Ven almost instantly. I felt that opening up to someone and being brutally honest about myself was important to me as a therapy. Ven provides this safe zone where it's not just a one way monologue but a comfortable place to actually have a discussion and just let it all out. Ven is very good at both listening and asking the right questions. As difficult as they are, they will stick with you and make you see things from a completely different perspective. I think everyone should be challenged once in a while, and you will benefit from any interaction with Ven if you are open to healing and growing!
